Teletherapy in Texas to help you and your family flourish
Welcome
All families move through seasons of joy, growth, uncertainty, and challenge. Even during seasons we expect to be joyful, we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply not like ourselves. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum, adjusting to parenthood, struggling with anxiety or depression, or facing challenges with your child, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m Tessa Kritikos, founder of Magnify Family Wellness, a licensed clinical psychologist, wife, and mom of three. I understand both professionally and personally that parenthood can be one of life’s most meaningful—and most demanding—roles. My own experience as a parent gives me a deep appreciation for the complexity of raising a family and the pressures parents face along the way. My clinical training allows me to pair that understanding with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to you and your family.

Clinical Specialties
Pregnancy
Make space for joy alongside uncertainty
Pregnancy can bring so much to look forward to—and so much to worry about. Whether you’re caught in “what ifs,” feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, or simply want to feel more prepared for what’s ahead, therapy can help you approach this transition with greater calm and confidence.
Postpartum
Feel more like yourself in motherhood
Bringing home a baby can change nearly every part of your life—your routines, relationships, identity, and sense of yourself. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or low mood, feeling overwhelmed, or simply finding the transition harder than expected, therapy can help you adjust and feel more like yourself again.
Parenting Stress & Burnout
Feel less depleted and more present
You can deeply love your children and still feel exhausted, overstretched, Irritated, or like there’s very little of you left at the end of the day. Therapy can help you understand what’s contributing to the overwhelm, make meaningful changes, and build a way of parenting that feels more sustainable.
Birth Trauma
Process, heal, thrive
When birth doesn’t go as hoped or expected, the experience can stay with you long after you leave the hospital. Therapy offers a space to process what happened, work through fear, anger, grief, or difficult memories, and begin moving forward without minimizing what you experienced.
Child Wellbeing
Supporting your child starts with supporting you
When your child is struggling with emotional, behavioral, developmental, or medical challenges, it can be difficult to know what they need—or how to carry the worry and stress yourself. Therapy gives you a place to process your own experience while building the confidence and tools to support your child and your family.
