Individual Therapy
Using Out-of-Network Benefits
Although I do not participate as an in-network provider with insurance companies, your health plan may offer out-of-network mental health benefits that reimburse you for a portion of the cost of therapy.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill containing the information needed to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to ask:
Does my plan include out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met?
What percentage or amount will I be reimbursed after meeting my deductible?
Are telehealth psychotherapy services covered?
What is the process for submitting an out-of-network claim?
Please note that reimbursement is determined entirely by your insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed by Magnify Family Wellness.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
HSA and FSA cards may also be used for eligible services.
Good Faith Estimates
If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use your insurance for services, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care in accordance with federal law.
