Magnify Family Wellness provides individual therapy for adults navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, birth trauma, parenting stress and burnout, and the challenges that can come with caring for a child with medical, emotional, or behavioral needs.

Although many of the concerns we discuss involve children and family relationships, the adult is the identified client and recipient of therapy. Magnify does not currently provide individual psychotherapy to children.

All appointments are provided through secure telehealth, allowing you to attend therapy from a private location that works for you.

At this time, therapy is available to clients who are physically located in Texas at the time of their appointment.

Therapy at Magnify is warm, collaborative, family-centered, and grounded in evidence-based care. We'll spend time understanding not only what you're struggling with, but also your relationships, family life, values, strengths, and the realities of your current season.

Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop strategies that are both supported by psychological science and realistic for your everyday life.

Individual therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

The frequency of sessions will depend on your needs, goals, and treatment plan. Many clients begin with weekly appointments, although we will determine together what makes the most sense for you.

Individual therapy sessions are $250 per session.

No. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or know exactly how to describe what you're experiencing.

As part of therapy, we will talk about your concerns, history, and goals and determine whether treatment at Magnify is appropriate for your needs. When clinically appropriate, a mental health diagnosis may be assigned as part of your care.

Magnify does not currently provide individual psychotherapy to children.

However, parents may seek therapy to help them cope with the emotional and practical challenges of parenting a child with medical, developmental, emotional, or behavioral needs. In these cases, the parent—not the child—is the therapy client.

No. Psychologists in Texas do not prescribe psychiatric medication.

When medication evaluation or management may be helpful, I can discuss this with you and, when appropriate, help you identify or coordinate with a qualified prescribing provider.

Magnify Family Wellness is an outpatient psychotherapy practice and does not provide emergency or crisis services or 24/7 clinical coverage.

If you believe you may need a higher level of care or more intensive support than outpatient telehealth therapy can provide, we can discuss appropriate treatment options and referrals.
